Flat-Fee Demand Letter

Best for

Early-stage and soft-touch cases. When a single attorney letter will put a case back on track. Common use case is when resident or family is slow and uncooperative with Medicaid applications.

What you get

No snail mail. Package delivered by FedEx containing our demand letter on thick, attorney letterhead paper. Before it goes out, we run a skip trace to identify every viable address, and we send to all of them.

The terms

One flat fee of $200. No contingency, no add-ons, no surprises.

Standard Collections

Best for

Standard collection cases. Unpaid balances over 30-60 days. NAMI cases where resident won't turn over income.

How it works

We go after the money and we don't let go. We make contact, apply pressure, and stay on the file until it's resolved — keeping you in the loop the entire way.

The terms

15% of what we recover. We get paid when you get paid.

Collections Litigation

Best for

The complex cases — the ones that get collected in a courtroom. Putting a lien on a debtor's home. Surcharging a guardian who failed their duty and making them personally responsible for the resident's bill. Litigation means results.

How it works

We bring the full force of the firm to court — pursuing assets, filing suit, and using every tool the law gives us to turn what you're owed into what you're paid.

The terms

25% of what we recover, minus disbursements such as court filing fees and process service costs.
